I previously had a failed filling at another dental clinic, which left me quite anxious about seeing a dentist again. Then I came to Royal Park Dental and met Dr. Katelyn Chen. Dr. Katelyn not only successfully repaired my tooth, but her angelic smile and genuine care also helped me overcome my fear of dental treatment. She was patient, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Thanks to her excellent work, I can now smile confidently every day again. Can not speak highly enough of this practice...have avoided dentists for years due to horrible experiences when i was younger, leading to an absolute fear of dentists. Dr. Kaytlin Chen was highly recommended to me and finding her has been a god send. She is the most gentle caring and understanding dentist i have ever been to. Explains everything she is doing with breaks along the way. Her assistant is absolutely amazing as well. Awesome staff , Samantha is the warmest and most polite receptionist I've encountered in a very, very long time which makes a hell of a difference, Dr Katelyn is highly gifted , my filling was incredibly well done, and Flawless, her warmth reassuring, definitely glad to return, I have old fillings to replace and new to fill and injections to loathe, but she makes it very bearable, godbless her' !!!!!! I can’t recommend Dr. Katelyn Chen and the team at Royal Park Dental highly enough! After years of waiting for the public dentist and dealing with the effects of poor oral hygiene, Dr. Chen gave me my smile back. I used to struggle with dental anxiety, but since coming here, it's significantly improved. While I still feel a little anxious at the start of my appointments, I always find myself calming down as the appointment goes on, thanks to Dr. Chen’s gentle and understanding approach. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Chen is incredibly professional, kind, and thorough—she takes the time to explain everything and ensures you're comfortable throughout your visit. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organized, and the entire staff is friendly and accommodating. A special shout-out to Receptionist Samantha, who is always so warm and helpful—she truly makes the experience even better from start to finish. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about your oral health and overall experience, Dr. Katelyn Chen is the one to see. Dr Katelyn Chen is patient and thorough. I couldn’t recommend her more highly! I am extremely anxious attending the dentist but she makes it easy, allowing time for breaks and checking in frequently that I am coping. My dentist of 25 years retired but I was very happy to find Royal Park Dental. The staff there are all kind, welcoming and extremely professional. Katelyn did a fantastic job with my root canal. She always made sure that I was comfortable and pain free. She talked to me during my procedure, making me relaxed. I can’t wait to continue having my treatments with her.
