This is my dentist . 5 stars... I had a check up today, all good 2 fillings need some work. I'm amazed with the kind and helpful staff.

I previously had a failed filling at another dental clinic, which left me quite anxious about seeing a dentist again. Then I came to Royal Park Dental and met Dr. Katelyn Chen. Dr. Katelyn not only successfully repaired my tooth, but her angelic smile and genuine care also helped me overcome my fear of dental treatment. She was patient, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Thanks to her excellent work, I can now smile confidently every day again. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist.

Can not speak highly enough of this practice...have avoided dentists for years due to horrible experiences when i was younger, leading to an absolute fear of dentists. Dr. Kaytlin Chen was highly recommended to me and finding her has been a god send. She is the most gentle caring and understanding dentist i have ever been to. Explains everything she is doing with breaks along the way. Her assistant is absolutely amazing as well. Can't thank them enough for their care patience and kindness and curing me of my dentist phobia...also special shout out to Samantha on reception...lovely girl who always greats you with warmth and a smile....

Lovely staff. So friendly and helpful. My young daughter was a bit afraid but they did all they could to put her at ease. The dentist was very good and actually more willing to listen and be flexible than all the other dentists we have spoken to. I would definitely recommend.

Royal Park Dental has changed my view on dentists Avoiding them for years I finally needed work done At Royal Park Dental you are treated with respect and a friendly welcome from Samantha the receptionist And being treated by doctor Birley is an absolute pleasure & entertaining I would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone who has a fear of dentists or has put off treatment for too long My results are fantastic finally I can smile again without fear of exposing my previous poor teeth thanks to Dr Birley s great work

Awesome staff , Samantha is the warmest and most polite receptionist I've encountered in a very, very long time which makes a hell of a difference, Dr Katelyn is highly gifted , my filling was incredibly well done, and Flawless, her warmth reassuring, definitely glad to return, I have old fillings to replace and new to fill and injections to loathe, but she makes it very bearable, godbless her' !!!!!! ' You won't be disappointed and up she is up front with photos , which is very important and Katelyn is very transparent on her explanations, clear and very honest ! as I've been misled to by other dentist and lied to , exaggerated, ' and my they burn in hell'

I can’t recommend Dr. Katelyn Chen and the team at Royal Park Dental highly enough! After years of waiting for the public dentist and dealing with the effects of poor oral hygiene, Dr. Chen gave me my smile back. I used to struggle with dental anxiety, but since coming here, it's significantly improved. While I still feel a little anxious at the start of my appointments, I always find myself calming down as the appointment goes on, thanks to Dr. Chen’s gentle and understanding approach. Dr Katelyn Chen is patient and thorough. I couldn’t recommend her more highly! I am extremely anxious attending the dentist but she makes it easy, allowing time for breaks and checking in frequently that I am coping. I also appreciate the explanations of what’s happening to my teeth, using imaging which they display in the room. Front of house staff also friendly and welcoming.

My procedure went very well and the dentist was wonderful. However I was surprised by the unkempt & unhygienic waiting area. Dusty lampshades and old soiled chair pads certainly didn't make a good impression.
